It’s a company of people who aren’t capable of an actual job and are going to work from home after it will shut down.
I totally have a coffee can full of letters numbers and symbols
This is exhausting work for nothing, i mean i love the old ways of making stuff, and the end result is a better more high quality product, but in this case this is pointless in my opinion
I spent 13 years in the print. I did some letter press my main job was offset lithography, plate making and a lots of hand finishing. I now do a very different job, as a lot of what I did is now sent on the net as a pdf and email. There are times I do miss it, but not getting my hands covered in ink and lots of paper cuts.
Beautiful work 🥰
love this one
I haven't seen it in years, but isn't there a place in 'The Book of Eli' like this? Seemed so similar even the outside view.
I want the history of Korea to be known Just as Gutenberg went to Europe and introduced the printing press after seeing the Jikji made with Joseon's first printing technology, the Gutenberg Bible was not made for the first time. I can't find any information about it. In the West, it is recorded that the Gutenberg Bible changed human history, which needs to be changed.
garbage
This is not 'bookmaking' this is 'Art'
Wow
😍😍😍
If I were a big author, I would commission some books every month from them, then hand sign and sell them to keep amazing places like this open
yay who does not love to get covered in lead containing ink wuuuuhuuuuw…
sorry but its not wonder this pratice is dying out. Just because somethign is old or give someone nostalgia' it doesnt make it better or the choice just because of that.
old and stil works dont fix it ? ya fix it.. asap.
out with the old and ind with the new ! new ! new ! One thing is for sure, im not buying a book containing lead dust like that lol. I dont even buy lead sinkers anymore for fishing, it will end up going into landfields, the ocean, or other places and will end up in animals your family will eat one day. Think a little ey ?
Wow, a business like that is still running. I wish they stay in business and pass on the knowledge they accumulated.

This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for this to exist anymore.
There’s nothing about this process that makes it any better than a book made with modern machines. You can tell yourselves there is, but there isn’t. It’s about as obsolete as a 56k modem.
worth it.
Приятно видеть, что печатают Гоголя:)
👍love it ! ,
Keep on giviner !
Man, I kinda want to be a Book Printer now.
Where would one learn how to do this? I work in tech in my day job, and I actually think it's pretty creepy that everything is on a computer now. Maybe there should be an Analog Arts curriculum in high schools.
Wow excellent video
