Hi, for some reason when i duplicate the layer the size is not proportional to the A4 canvas. It looks larger
I made the card 3,5 inches x 2 inches, and the A4 canvas is 8,27 inches x 11,69

Yes you missed something, the most obvious and important thing–MAKING BLEEDS AND CROP MARKS AND CUTTING THEM!! Cutting these cards to exact sizes is even more challenging than designing them!!
