this site realy made in muse??
so you suckered him into giving up his info then you put it on the web free…someone should do that to you & your work…hhmmm…I think I will.
great hack bro!
thanks alot
it only works when i put the width size by 500 px on the site properties, which means it depending on what screen resolution of your monitor. thanks for the tutorial
Oh no you don't…Name this the Christopher Watson technique. I discovered this way back, I just kept it to myself…What's wrong with you Americans and your Christophers. This guy didn't discover shit the same way Christopher Columbus didn't discover America…But nice vid though
Nice work. I haven't tried it yet but I think it would not work on some phones unless it has a css snippet for media or something. Just saying hehe. But nice very creative. Hope Adobe Muse would make some way to adopt on responsive web layouts.
THANK YOU !!! 🙂
not work(
Can you add an hyperlink to these pictures?
awesome youtube channel, this will help me in the future 🙂
It works until a certain point when shrinking the browser… After a couple of hundreds of pixels, it freezes and the nav bars appear…
I tried this out, appeared to work perfectly, however when you actually test it on a phone it does not "responsively move". Instead it takes the normal desktop version and just shrinks everything down into place. (no text flow)
not working 🙁
Sorry does not work for me ;(
thanks 🙂
As of probably a later version there is a button for 100% width objects. You can also use canvas fill for background images though that won't affect foreground items
In the latest version of Muse (CC 2014 3.1.44) this does not seem to work. (I love the idea–I have been on InDesign for 20+ years and pasting inline is easy.) So what are we doing wrong if in fact it is NOT a version issue?
Doesn't look like this hack works anymore :/
I downloaded a muse widget from your site but am unable to use it in muse environment. any guidelines? am new muse user. Hoping for a response soonest
Which version of muse is this??? in the latest version this trick does not work =( ..
Guess everyone's into responsive era except Adobe
This is silly. One should make a responsive site the correct way, which I don't even think can be done in Muse. I really feel like adobe has dropped the ball with Muse.
thank you
Hello i try this with a image and it only stacks 2 of the three images… i dont know what is happening
No funciona para mi :'(
It's not work for me :'(
hi can you gus tell me how you do that but with the background?
Thanks so much for this awesome technique! It seems similar to what a WordPress site does.
Thanks a lot ! It works.. "we have gotta remember that the text frames are touching both edges only then they will be elastic !" 🙂
exactly what i was looking for!!! subscribed!
Also the responsiveness works only until half way then it stops working
This so close to what I want to accomplish, but my main problem is how can I get rid of the horizontal scroll bar? I dont want it there
