Hello I have a 6978 printer and I am trying to print doubleside but the front doesn't match the back. I loaded 8×11 paper in bottom tray and changed to thick paper plain. On my windows I opened up the PDF file and hit CTRL P to print, settings, double sided, short edge, landscape. And still getting front and back to not line up so I can't cut the cards. What am I doing wrong?
